About the Role: We’re looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Manager to take our lead generation efforts to the next level. The primary objective of this role is to manage and optimize marketing campaigns aimed at generating high-quality sales leads. If you’re passionate about paid media, sales funnels, and measurable growth, this role is made for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan,  execute, and optimize paid campaigns via Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Analyze and improve sales funnels and landing pages to maximize lead conversion.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (CPL, ROAS, ROI), identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and CTAs to continually improve performance.
  • Prepare regular campaign reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on lead generation, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, or tech services.
  • Deep understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Strong command of marketing analytics, dashboards, and attribution models.
  • Proven ability to optimize landing pages and funnels for better conversion rates.
  • Business-driven mindset – focused on results.
  • Proficiency in English (B2+ or higher) – both written and spoken.
