About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Security Compliance Manager to ensure our organization’s operations meet the highest cybersecurity and compliance standards. This role involves developing security policies, maintaining regulatory compliance frameworks, and overseeing certification processes for clients in regulated industries.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement security policies in line with applicable regulations.
Maintain ISMS and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 (documentation, procedures).
Implement NIS2 and RODO requirements.
Oversee compliance for clients in regulated sectors (i.a.finance).
Coordinate certification processes (ETSI EN 319 401, eIDAS).

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and cloud technologies.
Understanding of the basics of cryptography and development environments.
Knowledge of regulations and standards: ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, DORA, RODO.
Fluent in Polish.
Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor certification.
Familiarity with eIDAS, ETSI EN 319 401.
Basic programming knowledge and ability to read code.
