About the Role: As a Senior Backend Developer at IDENTT, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that power our identity verification products. You will take ownership of technical decisions, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and mentor other developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a product-focused environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges with real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

Proven experience in Python programming using Django and FastAPI.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (POSTGRES).
Experience with Docker.
Familiarity with software engineering best practices.
Experience in building microservices.
Good organizational and analytical skills.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Strong commitment and proactive attitude.
Good knowledge in English.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of commercial experience as a backend developer in a product company.
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices.
Implement scalable solutions using Django and FastAPI.
Ensure high code quality by applying best practices and code reviews.
Work with relational databases and optimize queries.
Containerize and manage applications using Docker.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex and non-standard problems.
Contribute to improving system performance, security, and reliability.
Stay up to date with new technologies and share knowledge with the team.
Familiarity with CI/CD workflow (Github).
Knowledge of Django REST Framework (DRF).
Excellent communication, problem solving and team-oriented approach.
