About the Role: As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at IDENTT, you will be at the forefront of designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that power our identity verification products. You will take ownership of technical decisions, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and mentor other developers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a product-focused environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges with real-world impact.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and well-architected full-stack solutions across our identity verification products.
Collaborate closely with project managers and other developers to define technical requirements.
Take ownership of technical decisions and propose architectural improvements.
Build and maintain frontend applications using React and backend services using Express.js.
Mentor other developers by sharing knowledge, conducting code reviews, and establishing development best practices.

Requirements:

At least 7 years of commercial experience as a full-stack developer in a product company.
Very good knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript.
Strong understanding of reactive applications and knowledge of the React library.
Experience writing backend services using Express.js (or similar frameworks like Fastify).
Ability to write well tested code – unit tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and end-to-end tests (Cypress, Playwright).
Familiarity with CI/CD workflow (Github).
Excellent communication, problem solving and team-oriented approach.

Nice to Have:

Experience with the Go programming language.
Familiarity with OpenCV or other computer vision libraries for image and video processing.
Experience with TensorFlow.js and using Web Workers.
Working knowledge of Python.
Familiarity with Amplitude for data-driven development.
