Information on the Accessibility of Services Provided by IDENTT Sp. z o.o.
IDENTT Sp. z o.o. is committed to ensuring the accessibility of the mobile application “IDENTT” in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 28 June 2025 on ensuring that certain products and services provided by economic operators meet accessibility requirements, as well as Directive (EU) 2019/882 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO USE THE SERVICE
- The company provides services through the IDENTT mobile application.
- To use the IDENTT service, a mobile device with the Android operating system version 27 and/or iOS version 15.3 is required, equipped with an NFC module and with the necessary system permissions activated.
INFORMATION ON HOW THE ACCESSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS ARE MET BY SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE IDENTT MOBILE APPLICATION
- The IDENTT application, in the scope used to provide services to consumers, is subject to the provisions on digital accessibility.
- The assessment of compliance with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard was carried out as part of an internal accessibility audit.
- The application is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard due to the following non-conformities:
– Messages and feedback (4.1.3),
– Structure, relationships, and labeling (1.3.1, 3.3.2) - Due to security requirements of the identity verification process, the following limitations apply:
No alternative is available for users who cannot use the NFC module.
The eID verification process requires electronic reading of the document’s digital layer in accordance with regulatory requirements. It is not possible to provide a fully alternative verification path for users whose devices do not support NFC. - We continuously monitor compliance with accessibility requirements for the IDENTT mobile application as of 9 October 2025.

– the request for adjustment or removal of the barrier (if possible).IDENTT is obliged to respond to the report within 30 days of receiving it (or within 60 days in particularly justified cases) and inform the reporting person of the outcome (Under the Act, a complaint procedure and response deadlines for the entrepreneur are provided.)
If the report to IDENTT is not processed within the specified time, is rejected, or the adjustment request is not fulfilled, the person has the right to submit a notification to the President of the Management Board of PFRON (State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons). - The statement was prepared on 9 October 2025 and last updated on 20 October 2025.
