We are looking for a visionary yet hands-on Marketing Manager to lead this transition and scale our international presence.

About the Role: We are looking for a senior hands-on Marketing Manager with experience in B2B technology, IT or software environments. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with daily execution and feels comfortable personally driving marketing initiatives end to end. This is not a purely managerial role. We are looking for someone with a strong execution focus who will not only set direction, but personally execute, lead, and coordinate marketing activities across four core areas:

website rebranding and digital presence development,
internal and external marketing communication, including brand and PR,
lead generation and sales support,
coordination of internal contributors and external service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive and oversee the implementation of the new visual identity and website rollout (WordPress).
Develop and execute the rebranding communication strategy across social media, newsletters, and direct customer communications.
Create and manage the publication roadmap and content across all digital platforms (including video content, webinars, blog posts, and expert articles).
Optimize the lead generation funnel (inbound and outbound) including Google Ads and LinkedIn/email outreach.
Coordinate the work of the internal team and external service providers, while remaining directly involved in execution, quality control, and delivery.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Teams.
Co-create Go-to-Market strategies.
Oversee SEO strategy and the organic positioning of the new domain.
Create and manage the event calendar, including preparation of booths, promotional materials, and sales collateral.
Analyze event performance and effectiveness based on generated business leads.

Must-have Requirements:

Strong hands-on execution skills and willingness to personally run campaigns, coordinate launches, create briefs/content, and optimize marketing activities on a daily basis.
5+ years of marketing experience, including experience leading projects, stakeholders, and teams, gained in both startups and SMEs, with proven success in scaling processes while maintaining agility.
Proven track record in international B2B within IT, software or technology environments.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Pipedrive, WordPress, and outreach automation tools (e.g., LGM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach.
Fluent English and Polish (min. C1 level).
A strong professional presence on LinkedIn is highly valued (thought leadership/PR-oriented mindset).
